I would like the opportunity to introduce myself. I am your neighbor and member of the top real estate Company in Hampstead, Coastal Realty Associates. I am a Navy Veteran and graduate of Morehead State University. I graduated with a BA in Sociology and Education. When I moved to Hampstead in 2000, Porter's Neck was the line of demarcation for people locating north of Wilmington.

I have been in the real estate business for over thirty years, and my expertise covers resale, new homes, and custom home construction. In todays real estate process, most people are confused regarding the in's and out's of buying and selling. As my experience dictates, it is important to be patient and understanding of what you are trying to achieve when pursuing your real estate needs.

My military service consisted of four years in the U. S. Navy as an Aviation Control Tower Operator in Pensacola, Florida. While there, I played base football for the Navy Goshawks as a punter. We played inter-service and college teams.

In 2019, I joined the Marine Corp League of Hampstead, Detachment 1321.They are a group of ex-service people, mostly Marines, who assist other ex-military people with transportation to doctor's appointments, do repairs on residence's, and generally assist where needed.
With that back ground, I can relate to those veteran's who need assistance with acquiring real estate and VA financing.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy being out doors, riding my bike, and exercising. In my younger years, it was golf and racketball.
I can sew on a button, iron clothes, and bake (mostly desserts)
